All of the guys in my office love this place... You get a lot for your money and it is always made fresh in front of you. The line is usually long but moves quickly.
No frills... This mall isn't super high end so it isn't the nicest or most appealing food court but the food at this place is like any other sarku.

If I could give a zero star I would this is the worst place I've ever been to in a mall for a fast take out dinner I'll never go back again I waited in line for 10 minutes to order a simple dish that was prepared in about five minutes and was waiting for me while I was waiting on other people finally it's my turn to get my food and I asked for a bag and the guy tells me I have to go back in line where there's an additional five people waiting in line to buy a $.10 bag I gave him $.10 and said here this is for the bag he told me no I have to go back in line. I asked why there's not a sign high enough or where somebody can see it saying they have to buy a bag and they pointed at this tiny little sticker at the bottom left-hand side over by where the food is prepared that was there exclamation

I usually love this place and the food but Melina was the at the cash register and I asked for the food to go as I needed a bag. She said this is not a restaurant. She unprofessional and very rude would not go back there if she was there. She needs to
Learn some Customary service before she attends to customers. I'm in the business and if I treated customers the way she does I would be lose all my business. -

I normally really like Sarku Japan. I always enjoy the food at other locations. However, the service at this location is absolutely horrendous. The cashier is very rude and after coming here several times, she only gotten more rude. If the cashier was less rude, I would definitely move this to 4 or 5 stars.

This Sarku carries surprisingly fresh fish. I've had it a few times now and it's pretty much on par with most average sushi restaurants around. They're a tiny bit slow, especially for a mall booth, but it's nice having the option for fresh sushi at Cambridgeside. Thumbs up! :)
